Bliss is a partnership — between Cristina and Andrea, two friends who turned a shared love of service and creativity into a business.

Cristina spent years in accounting — the kind of work where one decimal out of place throws off the whole picture — before turning that detail-obsessed eye toward designing celebrations. She's a graduate of the Diplomado Balloon Designer program at Decolovers Institute (Florida Department of Education License #9136): 120 academic hours across four technical levels of professional balloon design plus a complete business management module. She brings the structure, the technique, and yes — the spreadsheets.

Andrea brings the imagination. With years of experience as a children's party animator in Ecuador, she knows exactly what makes a child's eyes light up. Motherhood shifted her career out of the spotlight — but her daughter became the spark for something new. What started as turning birthdays and holidays into magic for her own family quickly became an outlet for the creativity she couldn't keep contained.

They met through mutual family and bonded immediately over their shared love of service. As they volunteered together at family gatherings, they discovered their talents fit like puzzle pieces — Cristina's training and precision next to Andrea's imagination and warmth. Bliss is what came next.
